I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on or off energy technique that is used for stress reduction, relaxation & that Energy Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they perform or prescribe any medical treatments, substances, or medications, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement and medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. With your consent, Summit Reiki would like to send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you have provided in our records. By providing your information you consent where indicated, you acknowledge that you have understood the information below and agree to participate in our text (SMS) messaging service. Cancellation Policy:Cancellation must be received with in 24 hours of the service date & time or a $40 late fee will be charged Purpose and Description:Summit Reiki’s text (SMS) messaging service is designed to provide you with helpful information, reminders, and notifications via text messages sent to your mobile phone.
